Orders outside the US
We accept international orders in our shopping cart. If you would prefer, international orders can be placed by using email@example.com. (PLEASE INCLUDE COMPLETE ADDRESS, EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER) or call (866) 537-7336. Once an order is placed, For Love of the Horse customers abroad will promptly receive an email detailing costs and shipping charges. Further correspondence can then be handled by email or phone. To place an order by phone, call (866) 537-7336 between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday - Friday, Central Time.
For Love of the Horse cannot ship to Australia, New Zealand, or France and does not have an Import Agreement set up with any country. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our product(s) will clear Customs. If you choose to have our product(s) shipped to you, you are responsible for all shipping costs, Customs Duties or License Fees, etc., that may be charged. If the product(s) does not clear Customs and is returned to us, you are responsible for all shipping costs. We will refund the cost of the undamaged product that is returned (custom formulations excluded). If the product is held in Customs, you are responsible for the product and all fees associated. For Love of the Horse is not responsible for the package once it leaves our facility.
Shipping / Handling
International orders will be shipped according to your choice:
- FedEx - FedEx International
- United Parcel Service – UPS Worldwide
- United Parcel Service – UPS Express
If your order is processed on a holiday when USPS, UPS and/or FedEx are closed, you will be notified of the expected delay in shipping, usually between 1 and 3 days.
If we are unable to send your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and US Holidays), we will notify you promptly regarding the expected delivery date. Normally this will be no longer than 5 business days.
Return / Refund Policy
Custom formulas, created specifically for your horse or dog, cannot be returned.
All other unopened products will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the entire product price. Exchanges or returns of unopened product for a credit toward a future purchase with us will be accepted within 60 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
