Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

For Love of the Horse processes all credit cards through PayPal. For Love of the Horse does not process, store or record credit card information electronically.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

 

Return / Refund Policy

Custom formulas, created specifically for your horse or dog, cannot be returned.

All other unopened products will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the entire product price. Exchanges or returns of unopened product for a credit toward a future purchase with us will be accepted within 60 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy:

  • Free ground or standard shipping for all purchases of $300 or more shipped in the United States. APO/FPO addresses not included. Our choice of carrier. If you need a particular carrier specify under Additional Information when checking out.
  • Your Herbal Solutions will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days, stock permitting. If there will be a delay in shipment you will be notified. You will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number for reference and your invoice total.
  • We ship using both USPS and UPS. UPS ships Ground (1-5 days depending on the distance from Missouri), Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. USPS ships Priority mail (1-3 days). All orders ship from Lathrop Missouri.
  • There are no weekend deliveries available for Next Day Air or 2nd Day air UPS through our shopping cart. Saturday delivery is available for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air in most areas but can only be set up by calling our customer care staff (866-537-7336) as there is an additional charge for Saturday deliveries.
  • See Holiday Shipping schedules below for UPS and USPS shipments.
  • We are responsible for shipping your order promptly (1-3 business days). We are not responsible for delays that occur due to difficulties by the carriers (UPS or USPS). If your package has been delayed due to an error on the part of the carrier, contact the appropriate carrier directly. For UPS domestic shipments contact: 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877). For USPS Call 1-800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777).
  • For Love of the Horse is closed on all major holidays and weekends. We cannot ship on those days.

  • November 11 - Veterans Day
  • 4th Thursday in November - Thanksgiving Day
  • December 24 - Christmas Eve (close at noon)
  • December 25 - Christmas Day
  • December 31 - New Year's Eve (close at noon)

UPS does not accept or deliver packages on these days:
